Ridge Park Executive Suites, life wasted

Almost ten yeas ago my husband bought a business, as part of the business deal he took on running another business. Of course he was told it would be easy and only 4 hours a week. So to be helpful he agreed. The first week we were set back to find out we had to staff a position, for eight hours a day, a little more then four hours a week. Of course that did not cover the management of this business, so I had to give up my goals of an exhibiting artist in galleries. Just no time to do shows or even paint. Of course we kept up our end, no matter what the cost in hours or money, see half of this business was owned by my husbands family. Yes the family loyalty hook, thousands of dollars and hours gone,here we are about ten years lost and health issues. My husband has been hauling in bottled water for the last year, they did not want to pay the $39.00 a month. Well now his back which he threw out many times doing so is almost debilitating. I have come down with a strange immune disorder and i can't help wondering if it has been caused by my having to deal with the black mold in this building, of course i have told the owners numbers of times. You know the right answers were given, but they never got it cared for. of course I am sure they will now find a way to blame us for their neglect. It is how it works. We were approached just last week by them, (the owners) and as we all know this economy has taken a toll on rents, so we were dismissed as management, not for our short comings. No we were told how good we were, but they have to survive and we were going to pay more rent and pay to use our own employee. of course they were going to take her to staff the front desk. Wow like a human and one of our employees is a slave for them to use and take. Well we have had enough of this, we are sick of being used and lied to and expected to pay more then any renters in the building. These people profess to be of the christian faith, go to their church and are fine upstanding members of society. We would have canceled our agreement the first week as that was their breach of contract stating the four hours a week, a lie, actually ended up over the years to be thirty-five hours a week. We paid for everything, rent as well until recently when we did say we have had enough. Well of course they found a way to get out of that as well. As I said before, pay more rent then anyone in the building and pay for our own employee who we trained and bought out from an employment agency. it is sad when family allows greed to guide them and it makes me upset that all the owners would do what they have done. I am sure they have justified every action the whole time, but we have struggled even in the better years to help them. This has cost us thousands of dollars and hours of our lives as well as our health. I do hope they understand the term Karma. We are leaving Ridge Park Executive Suites LLC, as soon as passable. We will after almost ten years be free of this oppression, yet it has taken a toll and my husband and I will never feel that same about his family again, that is sad. But it was worth it to them to lose our respect.
